Audit log
See who changed what, and when.
The audit log is a permanent record of every change made in your organization. It answers the questions committees get asked at the annual general meeting: who changed this price?, when was the season closed?, why was it reopened?
Who can see it#
Admins and Treasurers. Select Audit log in the sidebar.
What is recorded#
Every change made through Mandali, including:
- creating, editing, activating, closing, reopening and deleting seasons;
- adding, editing, pausing and deleting days, meal slots and ticket types;
- recording and voiding ledger entries;
- changes to organization settings.
Each entry records:
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| When | 12 Oct 2027, 9:41 pm |
| Who | Priya Sen |
| Action | Season reopened |
| Item | Durga Puja 2027 |
| Details | Reason: Late cheque from sponsor to record |
For edits, the details show the values before and after the change.
Filtering#
Filter the log by type of item (for example only seasons or only meal slots) to find what you're looking for. The newest entries are shown first.
Integrity#
Entries can't be edited or deleted by anyone in your organization, including admins. When a member is removed, their past entries remain.
