Ticket types

Season passes and day tickets with limits and sales windows.

Ticket types are what guests buy to attend: a season pass valid for every day, or a ticket for a single day.

Add a ticket type#

  1. Open Tickets

Select Tickets → Add a ticket type.

  2. Name it and choose what it's valid for

For example Season pass (valid for all days) or Navami entry (valid for one day).

  3. Set the price and limits

Enter the price (0 for free registration), the quantity available (empty means unlimited) and the maximum per order (default 10).

  4. Set the sales window (optional)

Choose the dates sales open and close. Dates use your organization's time zone. Leave them empty to sell for as long as the ticket is active.

  5. Add a description (optional)

Explain what's included, for example Includes entry on all five days; meals sold separately.

Pause and resume#

Pause stops sales immediately without deleting anything. Use it when you're sold out at the door or need to fix a price.
