Create an organization

Set up your committee as an organization.

An organization represents your committee or association in Mandali. Create one organization per committee, not per festival year: years are handled by seasons.

Create your organization#

  1. Sign in

    Sign in at mandali.io/sign-in. If you don't belong to any organization yet, Mandali opens the setup screen automatically.

  2. Choose Create organization

    Enter your committee's full name, for example Bay Area Durga Puja Committee. You can upload a logo now or later.

  3. Open the dashboard

    You become the organization's first Admin and land on the dashboard.

You can also create additional organizations later from the organization switcher in the top bar of the dashboard.

Choosing a good name#

  • Use the name your community knows, not an abbreviation only the committee uses.
  • Don't include a year. Durga Puja 2027 is a season, not an organization.
  • You can rename the organization later in Organization settings.

One organization per committee

Creating a new organization each year splits your history. Keep one organization and start a new season each year, so next year's committee inherits your setup, members and records.
