Getting help
Send a support ticket and follow the reply.
If something isn't working, or you have a question the documentation doesn't answer, send a support ticket. The Mandali team replies inside the app.
Send a ticket#
Open Support
Select Support in the sidebar, under Organization.
Describe the problem
Select New ticket, choose what it's about, and write what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Steps to reproduce it help us fix it faster.
Send it
You'll see a ticket number, such as #1042. Mention it if you contact us another way.
Important
Never put card numbers, bank details or passwords in a ticket. We never need them to help you.
Who can see tickets#
Every member of your organization can open Support, send tickets and read the replies. That way, when one committee member asks, everyone else can follow along.
Ticket status#
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting Mandali | We have your message and will reply. |
| Awaiting your reply | We've answered or asked a question. Reply on the ticket page. |
| Resolved | The issue is closed. Replying reopens it. |
When the problem is solved, select Mark resolved. You can still reply later if it comes back.
Other ways to reach us#
Email support@mandali.io. A ticket is usually faster because it includes your organization automatically.
When Mandali staff make changes#
Occasionally the Mandali team changes something on your behalf, for example applying a plan for a design partner. Every such change appears in your audit log, marked as made by Mandali staff.
