FAQ
Questions committees ask us
Does Mandali hold our committee's money?
No. Each committee connects its own Stripe account and payments settle there directly. Mandali only takes its platform fee at the time of payment, and never on donations.
We change committee members every year. What happens to our data?
Your data belongs to the organization, not to a person. Each year is a season, so the incoming committee inherits last year's setup, numbers and supplier list, and outgoing members are simply removed.
Can volunteers use it without training?
Yes. Volunteers only see what their role allows, and check-in works on any phone. Our training guides cover each role in about 15 minutes.
What about cash and Zelle payments?
Treasurers record cash, Zelle, Venmo and cheques against the same ledger as card payments, so totals always reconcile.
Is there a contract?
No. Start free and only pay platform fees when money flows. Season Pass is a one-time purchase per season.
