Your account
Sign-in methods, two-factor authentication and your profile.
Your Mandali account is personal. Committees change every year, so access is tied to each person's own account and removed by an admin when they leave, never shared.
Sign-in methods#
You can sign in with:
- Google, using your Google account;
- email, with a one-time code or a password, depending on how your account was created.
Manage your profile#
Select your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then Manage account. From there you can:
- change your name and photo;
- add or remove email addresses;
- connect or disconnect Google;
- see the devices where you are signed in and sign them out.
Two-factor authentication#
Two-factor authentication (2FA) protects your account even if your password leaks. We strongly recommend it for Admins and Treasurers, who control members and money.
Open your account
Select your avatar → Manage account → Security.
Add an authenticator app
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password, then enter the 6-digit code.
Save your backup codes
Store the backup codes somewhere safe. They let you in if you lose your phone.
If you think your account is compromised#
- Change your password and sign out all other devices from Manage account → Security.
- Tell an admin of your organization. They can review recent changes in the audit log.
- If you are an admin, check the member list for people you don't recognize.
