What you'll learn#

Volunteers keep the festival running on the day. This short guide gets you signed in and finding what you need.

Step 1: Accept your invitation (3 min)#

1. Open the email

   Look for an invitation from Mandali to join your committee's organization. Check spam if you can't find it.

2. Accept and sign in

   Sign in with Google or your email address. Use your own account; never share a login.

Step 2: Find your way around (4 min)#

• Overview shows the current season at a glance.
• Seasons lists the festival days, times and venues: handy when someone asks what time does it start?
• Meals & RSVPs shows which meals are served when, and which dietary options are available.
• Tickets shows what's on sale and the prices.

You can look at the season's days, meals and tickets, but you won't see buttons to change them, and money pages are limited to treasurers. That's intentional.

Step 3: On the day (3 min)#

• Keep your phone charged; Mandali works in any mobile browser.
• If a guest has a problem with a payment or booking, pass it to a manager or treasurer rather than promising a refund.
• Check-in is coming soon. When it launches you'll scan guests' QR codes or search by name from your phone.
